If you forgot your password, or if you see a message that says “Invalid username or password” when trying to log in, you can reset your password using the Forgot your password? link on the PassLink Pro login screen.
This works the same way on both the mobile app and the web. The link will take you to the PassLink Pro password reset page, where you can enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Change your password from the mobile app
- Open the PassLink Pro app.
- On the login screen, tap 'Forgot your password?'
- Your phone will open a web browser and take you to the PassLink Pro password reset page.
- Enter your email address.

- Go to the PassLink Pro login page in your web browser at: https://go.passlinkpro.com.
- Click the 'Forgot your password?' link.
- Enter your email address on the password reset page.

Finish resetting your password
- Check your email for the password reset message.
- Open the email and click the password reset link.
- Enter your new password.
- Re-enter your new password to confirm it.

Submit the form to finish resetting your password.
If there is a registered PassLink Pro account associated with the email address you entered, you will receive a password reset email.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder first, or you may not have a registered account.
