You can log in to PassLink Pro using either the mobile app or the web.
Log in on the mobile app
If you have not downloaded the PassLink Pro app yet, please follow the steps in How do I download the app on my phone?.
Look for the PassLink Pro app icon on your iPhone or Android device, then tap it to open the app.
- Open the PassLink Pro app.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Tap Login.
Log in on the web
You can also log in to PassLink Pro in a web browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a similar browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Open your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Go to the PassLink Pro login page at https://go.passlinkpro.com.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Login.
If you have not created your account yet, you will need to finish setting up your account using the invitation email that was sent to you before you can log in.
If you forgot your password or are having trouble logging in, please follow the password reset steps by clicking on "Forgot your password?" or contact support@passlinkpro.com for help.
