Your access PIN is a PIN for you, the resident. It can be used if you are outside the gate and do not have your phone, the PassLink Pro app, a vehicle tag, or another way to open the gate.
Your access PIN is unique to your address. To use it at the kiosk, you will first select your address and then enter your access PIN.
Keep your community safe
Please do not share your access PIN with others. If someone needs access, it is better to create them as a visitor instead. That way, you can apply visitor entry rules such as limiting access to certain days or allowing entry only once per day.
Find your access PIN on the web
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.
- Open your web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a similar browser.
- Go to https://go.passlinkpro.com.
- Log in to your PassLink Pro account.
- On the home page, look for the Your Unique PIN section.
- Your access PIN will be shown there.
Get a new access PIN on the web
- On the home page, in the Your Unique PIN section.
- Click Get a New PIN.
- Your access PIN will be updated.
Find your access PIN in the mobile app
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.
- Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Your Access PIN.
- Your access PIN will be shown on that page.
Get a new access PIN in the mobile app
- Open the Your Access PIN page in the PassLink Pro app.
- Tap Get a New PIN.
- Your access PIN will be updated.
