Can I favorite a door or gate that I use frequently?

Yes. In the PassLink Pro mobile app, you can favorite doors and gates that you use often so they appear on the Favorites tab.

This feature is only available in the PassLink Pro mobile app. It is not available on the web version.

The doors and gates you see in the app depend on what is available and connected for your community.

Favorite a door or gate in the mobile app

Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?

1. Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
2. Go to the Doors, or the Gates page.
3. In the "All" tab, Find the door or gate you want to favorite.
4. Tap the star icon on the right side of the door or gate.
5. The door or gate will now appear on the "Favorites" tab.

Remove a door or gate from Favorites

If you want to remove a door or gate from your Favorites, follow these steps:

1. Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
2. Go to the Doors, or the Gates page.
3. Go to the Favorites tab.
4. Find the door or gate you want to remove.
5. Tap the star icon on the right side of the door or gate.

The door or gate will be removed from the Favorites tab, but it will still be available on the All tab.
