How do I open a door or gate?

You can open available doors and gates from both the web version of PassLink Pro and the mobile app.

Please note that the doors and gates shown in PassLink Pro depend on what is available and connected for your community.

Open a door or gate on the web

Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.

1. Open your web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a similar browser.
2. Go to https://go.passlinkpro.com.
3. Log in to your PassLink Pro account.
4. From your home page, click the Doors and Gates tab.
5. Click the door or gate you would like to open.
6. When the confirmation window appears, click Yes, Open. to confirm.

Open a door or gate on the mobile app

Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.

In the PassLink Pro mobile app, Doors and Gates are shown on separate pages:

• Doors are common area doors
• Gates include pedestrian gates, sports court gates, and vehicle gates

The doors and gates you see in the app depend on what is available and connected for your community.

Open a door or gate in the mobile app

1. Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
2. Go to the Doors, or the Gates page.
3. Tap the door or gate you would like to open.
4. When the confirmation window appears, tap Open.

If you do not see a door or gate you expected, it may not be available for your account or may not be connected in your community.
