How do I update my account information?

You can update your first name, last name, and phone number in PassLink Pro on both the web and the mobile app.

Please make sure to keep your phone number up to date so you can be reached when needed.

If you need to update your email address, please contact support@passlinkpro.com.

Update your account information on the web

Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.

1. Open your web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a similar browser.
2. Go to https://go.passlinkpro.com.
3. Log in to your PassLink Pro account.
4. On the home page, click Edit Your Info.
5. Update your first name, last name, and/or phone number.
6. Click Update to save your changes.

Update your account information on the mobile app

Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.

1. Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Tap Edit Personal Information.
4. Update your first name, last name, and/or phone number.
5. Tap Update to save your changes.
