How do I update my notification preferences?

You can update your notification preferences in the PassLink Pro mobile app or on the web.

Notification preferences are available for:

• Visitor check-in notifications
• Account update notifications

Each section includes options for:

• Mobile app push notifications
• Email notifications
• Text messages — coming soon

Update notification preferences in the mobile app

Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?

1. Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Tap Notification Preferences.
4. Turn your preferred notification options on or off.
5. Tap Save Preferences.

Update notification preferences on the web

Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?

1. Open your web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a similar browser.
2. Go to https://go.passlinkpro.com.
3. Log in to your PassLink Pro account.
4. On the home page, click Edit Your Info.
5. Under Account Options, click Notification Preferences.
6. Turn your preferred notification options on or off.
7. Click Save Preferences.
