How do I view my visitor’s entry history?

You can view a visitor’s past check-in history from that visitor’s detail page in either the web version or the mobile app.

Or, if you'd like to see a list of all past check-ins at your address, you can use the mobile app to do so.

View a visitor’s entry history on the web

Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.

1. Open your web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a similar browser.
2. Go to https://go.passlinkpro.com.
3. Log in to your PassLink Pro account.
4. From your visitor list, click on the visitor whose entry history you would like to view.
5. This will open the visitor’s detail page.
6. In the right column, look for the Check-In Information section to view the visitor’s past check-ins.

Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.

1. Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
2. From your visitor list, tap on the visitor whose entry history you would like to view.
3. This will open the visitor’s detail page.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
5. Tap View Past Visitor Check-Ins to expand the section and view the visitor’s check-in history.

View all past check-ins on the mobile app

The Past Check-Ins page allows you to view a list of all previous check-ins at your address. You can also search and sort the list to quickly find specific visitors or entries.

1. Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
2. Tap the Profile button.
3. On the Profile page, tap Past Check-Ins.
