You can update a visitor from your visitor list in either the web version or the mobile app.
Update a visitor on the web
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.
- Open your web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a similar browser.
- Go to https://go.passlinkpro.com.
- Log in to your PassLink Pro account.
- From your visitor list, click on the visitor you want to update.
- This will open the visitor’s detail page.
- Update any fields you would like to change.
- Click Update Visitor to save your changes.
Update a visitor on the mobile app
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.
- Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
- From your visitor list, tap on the visitor you want to update.
- This will open the visitor’s detail page.
- Update any fields you would like to change.
- Tap Update Visitor to save your changes.
