You can add a visitor in PassLink Pro from either the web or the mobile app.

Add a visitor on the web
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.
- Open your web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a similar browser.
- Go to https://go.passlinkpro.com.
- Log in to your PassLink Pro account.
- On the home page, click the big blue Add a Visitor button.
- Choose the visitor type: Guest or Service Provider.
- Choose the access type: Ongoing, Short-term, or One-time.
- Enter the visitor’s first and last name, or the company name if you selected Service Provider.
- Choose an Access Begins On date.
- If you selected Short-term or One-time, choose an Access Ends On date.
- If needed, add optional entry rules:
- Limit to once per day
- Allowed Days of the Week
- Click the big blue Add Visitor button.
After your visitor is added, it will take you to the Help Your Visitor Through The Gate screen. There, you can share the visitor’s PIN or QR code and review next steps. For more details, see How do I help my visitor get through the gate?.
Add a visitor on the mobile app
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.
- Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
- Make sure you are on the Home screen.
- Tap Add Visitor.
- Under Visitor Type, tap Guest or Service Provider.
- Tap Next Step.
- Under Visitor Details, enter the visitor’s first and last name, or the company name if you selected Service Provider.
- Tap Next Step.
- Under Access Type, tap Ongoing, Short-term, or One-time.
- Tap Next Step.
- Under Entry Rules, select an Access Begins On date.
- If you selected Short-term or One-time, choose an Access Ends On date.
- If needed, add optional entry rules:
- Limit to once per day
- Allowed Days of the Week
- Tap Finish, Add Visitor.
After your visitor is added, PassLink Pro will take you to the Help Your Visitor Through The Gate screen. There, you can share the visitor’s PIN or QR code and review next steps. For more details, see How do I help my visitor get through the gate?.
