When your visitor arrives at the gate, they should first stop at the PassLink Pro kiosk by the Guardhouse.
There are a few different ways your visitor can enter:
Option 1: Scan their QR code
At the kiosk, if you shared a QR code pass with your visitor, they can scan it to enter.
Option 2: Enter their visitor PIN
At the kiosk, if your visitor is using a PIN, they will first select your address and then enter their visitor PIN.
Option 3: Call you from the gate
If you don't feel like sharing a PIN or QR code, your visitor can call you when they arrive at the gate.
You can then open the gate for them from the PassLink Pro web portal or mobile app.

If your visitor has trouble getting in
If your visitor runs into any issues at the gate, they can still call you from the kiosk so you can open the gate for them.
Your visitor can also call the AI Gate Agent using the phone number listed on the kiosk. The AI Gate Agent may be able to verify that they are on your visitor list and help let them in.
