Some communities using PassLink Pro allow only one account per household. In these communities, additional family members should be added as Household Members instead of creating separate accounts.
Adding Household Members allows their names to appear in the gate attendant interface and kiosk system, while still allowing everyone in the household to share the same PassLink Pro account across multiple devices.

You can add Household Members using either the mobile app or the web portal.
Add Household Member on the Mobile App
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.
- Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
- Make sure you are on the Home screen.
- Tap the Profile button.
- On the Member Profile page, tap Your Household Members.
- On the Your Household Members page, tap Add Household Member.
- Fill out the household member’s information:
- First name
- Last name
- Relationship
- Optional phone number(s)
- Tap Save.
After saving, the household member will appear in your household member list.
Add Household Member on the Web
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?.
- Open your web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a similar browser.
- Go to the PassLink Pro Web Portal.
- Log in to your PassLink Pro account (if you're not already).
- On the Member Home screen, locate the Household Members section.
- Click the Your Household Members button.
- Click the Add Household Member button.
- Fill out the household member’s information:
- First name
- Last name
- Relationship
- Optional phone number(s)
- Click Save.
After saving, the household member will appear in your household member list.
