You can remove a Household Member at any time using either the PassLink Pro mobile app or the web portal.
Removing a Household Member will remove them from:
- The household member list
- Gate attendant lookup systems
- Community resident lookup systems
- Visitor kiosks

Remove a Household Member on the Mobile App
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?
- Open the PassLink Pro app on your phone.
- From the Home screen, tap Profile.
- On the Profile page, tap Your Household Members.
- Tap the household member you would like to remove.
- Tap Remove Household Member.
- Confirm the removal when prompted.
Remove a Household Member on the Web
Before getting started, make sure you are logged in to PassLink Pro. If you need help logging in, please see How do I log in?
- Open your web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
- Go to the PassLink Pro Web Portal.
- Log in to your PassLink Pro account (if you're not already).
- On the home page, click Your Household Members.
- Click the household member you would like to remove.
- Click Remove.
- Confirm the removal when prompted.
