If your visitor is having trouble getting into the community, there are a few common things to check.
Make sure the visitor has been added to your visitor list
First, confirm that the visitor has been added to your visitor list in PassLink Pro.
If the visitor has not been added yet, they will not have access to enter.

Make sure your visitor has their PIN or QR code
If your visitor is using a PIN or QR code to enter, make sure you have shared it with them and that they are using the correct one.
If needed, you can open the visitor in your visitor list and share their PIN or QR code again.

Make sure your visitor follows any entry rules you set
Some visitors may only be allowed to enter:
- once per day
- on certain days of the week
- during a specific access period
If the visitor is trying to enter outside of the access rules you selected, they may not be able to get in.
You can review or update these settings from the visitor’s detail page for that visitor.
Have your visitor call you from the gate
If your visitor is at the gate and cannot get in with their PIN or QR code, they can call you from the kiosk.
When they call, you can open the gate for them from PassLink Pro.

Your visitor may be able to use the AI Gate Agent
Your visitor can also call the AI Gate Agent from the kiosk.
The AI Gate Agent may be able to confirm that they are on your visitor list and help let them in.
